World Book Night Offers 500,000 Free Books

World Book Night is sponsoring just its second annual event. The Associated Press reports book publishers will be giving away free books at thousands of locations across America starting today and continuing for a week. The celebration of literacy comes two weeks after the beginning of National Library Week.
